Luca Bellanca brings to the Ticino gastronomic scene the sense of a constant research of an harmony suspended between tradition and innovation, a symbol of his cuisine.

Raised in Varese with Sicilian origin, Luca Bellanca honed his experiences first in California, after in Ireland and finally Spain. Knowledges that led him to develop his own personal gastronomic path in the fusionprocess between different places of experience.

Through his cooking philosophy, Luca Bellanca expresses not only his professional journey but his life moments, in a continuous Med&Fusion gastronomic journey.

Creativity, ambition, and above all, the passion for his work led Luca Bellanca to get his first Michelin Star and be proclaimed “Chef revelation of the year in Ticino” by the renowned Gault&Millau Guide in 2021.
